Exchange And Return Policy
- All goods sold are non-returnable.
- Requests for exchanges are only allowed within 3 working days from the date of purchase or delivery if you have received an incorrect or defective item.
- To be eligible for an exchange, the following criteria must be fulfilled:
a. The product must not been used; and
b. The original packaging intact.
- Before you proceed to our Customer Care Centre for exchange, please first contact our customer representative via email (email@example.com) or telephone (+65 67447393) so that you can be assisted in a faster manner when you visit.
- Please bring along the following:
a. Product in its original packaging;
b. Purchase tax invoice or receipt; and
c. Warranty card or e-warranty registration confirmation letter.
- Kindly take note of the following:
a. Free gifts (if any) and all items associated with the purchase must be returned at the same time.
b. Delivery cost incurred for the original purchase will not be refunded.
c. The transportation cost incurred for the exchange will not be reimbursed.
d. One-to-one exchange is subject to availability. If one-to-one exchange is unavailable, a full refund will be provided.
