Cancellation And Refund Policy
- Customers are allowed to cancel their orders within 24 hours from the time of payment. After the 24 hours, a cancellation fee of SGD10.00 will be imposed.
- Please note that once the order has been shipped out or delivered, we are unable to cancel your order.
- For cancellation of order, please email your order number, reason for cancellation and contact details to sales@midom.com.sg. Our customer representative will get back to you within 2 working days.
- All cancellation of orders will be assessed & considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Midom Industries Pte Ltd reserves the right to cancel any order with or without reason. In such instance, the cancellation fee will not be imposed.
- Please note that the normal processing time for refund (for order cancellation) is 2 to 4 weeks from the date of request. If a cancellation fee of SGD10.00 has been imposed, the refund amount will the purchase price less SGD10.00.
